This role is an entry level position that will provide day to day administrative support to staff and management teams.

Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Input and coordinate timekeeping data daily, enter hours and per diem as assigned
• Issue purchase orders for projects as needed, monitors timely delivery of orders against project schedule, resolves discrepancies
• Create job folders with accurate information; maintain job logs to track equipment, maintenance, and transportation
• In conjunction with corporate HR to facilitate onboarding new hires, personnel changes, and employee separation in compliance with company protocol
• Administrative support to Project Management team
• Track and maintain safety supplies

Qualifications and Competencies

• At least 1 year of TRACK (Management Controls Software) experience Required
• MUST have a TWIC Card
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting, documentation, research, and resolution skills, and data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
